Provides prompt and professional support and pricing to external customers along with supporting the Application Engineering Team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Applications Engineer Coordinator
Establish a working relationship with our customers by communicating via email, telephone, or personally with customer or company employee by performing the following duties.
Education and Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 2-3 years related experience in the pump industry or a similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 to 3 years of customer service experience required.
