              SEWER CHEWER - For Wastewater, Sludge and Process Waste Flows

              The Sewer Chewer Wastewater/Sludge Grinder provides state-of-the art twin-shaft design and offers a wide range of mounting options for in-line, channel-mount and submersible wet-well applications. The standard PLC based digital-interface controller combines unmatched user configurability with simple and reliable operation.

              SEWER CHEWER specifications:

              Type "SC" Inline Mount units available in sizes 4" (102mm) through 12" (305mm) for capacities to 1500 USGPM (95 L/s)

              • Type "CC" Channel Mount units available for capacities to 2300 USGPM (145 L/s) 
              • Standard TEFC integrated gear motor; alternate motor enclosures and custom modifications available 
              • Heavy cast iron frame for rigidity and long life 
              • Twin shaft arrangement, AISI 4140 heat-treated alloy steel; Tensile strength of 149,000 psi
