Morris 7100’s are the cornerstone of many collections systems. The Morris 7100 line is a series of large dry-pit, solids-handling pumps engineered to handle the demands of a waste water or storm water collection and treatment systems. Robust materials, thick castings and customized design assure long service life and efficient operation. The impeller and casing design ensures smooth vibration-free pumping.
 

Performance Overview:

  • Capacities to 140,000 USGPM (32,000 m3/h)
  • Heads to 260 feet (79m)
  • Custom “high head” systems available
  • Temperatures to 250 degrees F (120 C)
  • Pressures to 110 PSIG (758 kPa)
  • Solids to 9-3/4 inches (388mm)

  • Transfer of unscreened raw sewage
  • Transfer of raw water
  • Pumping of water containing sludge
  • Pumping of industrial effluent
  • Pumping of light slurry

In addition to the long life, the 6100 CT is superior in the terms of cost-saving efficiency and reliability. The cup type impeller is more efficient than other recessed impellers; the power savings can therefore often pay for the pump.
