I have not received a confirmation that my application has been received?
When you click the Send Application Now, a receipt should appear on the screen. You should also receive an email confirmation.
If you are not sure that your application has been received, open the My Applications tab and check the status of your application in the Status column.
If you are not receiving any emails, we would suggest that you check the spam filter in your email account.
The job I was intending to apply for is no longer available?
If you are unable to see the job you were intending to apply for, it is because applications have closed. We advise you to submit your application early and prior to the closing date to avoid disappointment.
I am unable to open the job openings?
Please remember to turn off your pop-up blocker when using our job website.
I am trying to register, but I get the error message that my email address is already in use. What does that mean?
This message indicates that you have either already registered in our Candidate Pool with the same email or have previously applied for a position from that email address.
You can either use an alternative email address or, if you do not remember your user name and password, follow the instructions for when you have forgotten your password: Open Forgot your password on the right of the screen and click We will send you a new password by email.
In the pop-up window, please enter your user name or the e-mail address you used when registering. Click on Request Password, and within a few minutes you will receive a new temporary password.
You will need to change this password the next time you log on. We recommend that you copy-paste the new password into the text field to avoid typing mistakes.
